REFINE TAI CHI QIGONG 1 Program

Program runs Monday, Wednesday, Friday over SIX weeks in 2023, each class is at 12:00pm-12:55pm (Eastern) 

  • Week 1:  Jan 23, 25, 27:             TAI CHI 1  (Review of Bow Walking and Tai Chi 1 Form, Basic Form Correction)
  • Week 2:  Jan 30, Feb 1, 3:          TAI CHI 1  (Basic Form Correction, Form Refinement)
  • Week 3:  Feb 6, 8, 10:                TAI CHI 1  (Form Refinement)
  • Week 4:  Feb 13, 15, 17:            TAI CHI 1  (Form Refinement)
  • Week 5:  Feb 20, 22, 24:            TAI CHI 1  (Form Refinement)
  • Week 6:  Feb 27, Mar 1, 3:         TAI CHI 1  (Form Refinement)

ST202:  Healing Love 2 + Stem Cell Qigong ONLINE -- Winter 2023

Course runs Saturday and Sunday over TWO weekends  (4 days total):  Jan 28-29 and Feb 4-5

Saturday January 28:

  • Morning class:   9:30am - 12:30pm   (15 min break during)
  • Lunch break:   12:30pm - 2:00pm
  • Evening class:   2:00pm - 5:30pm  (15 min break during)     [extended hours]
