ST104:  Qigong Meditation Basics 4 + Wisdom Qigong + Iron Shirt Qigong 1  ONLINE -- Summer (September) 2021

Course runs Saturday and Sunday over TWO weekends  (4 days total):  Aug 28-29 and Sep 4-5

Saturday August 28:

  • Morning class:   9:30am - 12:30pm   (15 min break during)
  • Lunch break:   12:30pm - 2:00pm
  • Evening class:   2:00pm - 5:30pm  (15 min break during)     [extended hours]
