ST101:  Qigong Meditation Basics 1 ONLINE -- Spring 2025

Course runs Saturday and Sunday over TWO weekends  (4 days total):  Mar 22-23 and Mar 29-30

Saturday March 22:

  • Morning class:   9:30am - 12:30pm   (15 min break during)
  • Lunch break:   12:30pm - 2:00pm
