  • ST201: Healing Love

This course continues the course material from Qigong Meditation Basics 4 + Iron Shirt Qigong 1  and Healing Love.

The purpose of this course is to improve one's physical health and emotional health, acting as a continuation to Qigong Meditation Basics 4 + Iron Shirt Qigong 1 and the Healing Love courses.

Introduction to Fusion is a set of meditations that work to transform negative emotional patterns held deep in the five vital organs.
Stem Cell Qigong is a qigong designed to detoxify the organs and replace sick cells with healthy cells.

Introduction to Fusion is the continuation of the qigong meditation line begun in Qigong Meditation Basics 1-4.
To do this, we will learn two new intermediate-level meditations for emotional and spiritual well-being:

  1. Creation Wheel Fusion:  an inner emotional work process that harmonizes the five vital organ spirits
  2. Inner Support Group:  deep emotional work process of inner communication and healing amongst the vital organ spirits

These two meditations--very transformative and powerful in their own right--set the stage for a more sophisticated Fusion process.
This more sophisticated Fusion process, called Fusion of the Five Elements 1, is covered in the next course.

In addition to the meditations, we will learn some supportive physical qigong:

  • Tao Yin Qigong (4th set) learn ways to invigorate through basic stretching
  • Stem Cell Qigong  (see below)

Along with the material in this section, we will review some of the meditations and qigong from Qigong Meditation Basics 1-4 and Iron Shirt Qigong 1.

Stem Cell Qigong is a qigong for detoxifying the organs.

The organs often acquire many toxins, toxic qi, and sick cells over time. To restore vitality it is useful to detoxify and rejuvenate the cells of the organs. The purpose of Stem Cell Qigong is to flush out the toxins of the organs, to kill any sick cells that are there, and to send activated stem cells to the area to build new fresh healthy cells.

Stem cells are cells that can replace any cell in the body. Thus, when the sick cells die, stem cells will go in and build new fresh healthy cells.  Part of Stem Cell Qigong is the activation of the stem cells with healthy programming, so that they will go in and repair. After doing this, we go organ by organ with a combination of tapping, releasing sick qi with healing sounds, and general detoxification. In doing so, we flush out the toxins, kill the sick cells, and have activated stem cells waiting to go into the area to repair and rejuvenate the organs on a cellular level.

While there are many different components to Stem Cell Qigong, the whole routine can be done in a twenty minute period. It's a great routine to do if one is feeling unwell, is suffering from a chronic disease, or if one simply wants to do periodic routine maintenance to support overall health.

Stem Cell Qigong supports the work done in the Introduction to Fusion meditations, because both of these work on toxic energy in the abdominal region.

In total, I look forward to sharing "Introduction to Fusion + Stem Cell Qigong" with you.
