Introduction to Fusion + Stem Cell Qigong

Taught by Steven Sy

PREREQUISITE: Qigong Meditation Basics 3 + Iron Shirt Qigong 1
This course continues the course material from Qigong Meditation Basics 3 + Iron Shirt Qigong 1.

The purpose of this course is to improve one's physical health and emotional health, acting as a continuation to Qigong Meditation Basics 3 + Iron Shirt Qigong 1.

Introduction to Fusion is a set of meditations that work to transform negative emotional patterns held deep in the five vital organs.
Stem Cell Qigong is a qigong designed to detoxify the organs and replace sick cells with healthy cells.

Introduction to Fusion is the continuation of the qigong meditation line begun in Qigong Meditation Basics 1-3.

Often hidden deep within the vital organs are deeper emotional issues. These are often being held and stored. This negative emotional energy often acts as a drain to our lifeforce. Moreover, because of this emotional energy and because of different unique voices talking inside (coming from the vital organ spirits), our body-mind can often feel like it has inner conflicts. In short, our desires and needs can feel scattered in different emotional directions.

Our goal with the Introduction to Fusion work is to address these issues head on. First, at a basic level, we wish to open up a space for communication with the five vital organ spirits (five shen). We began this earlier in the Inner Smile, but we now take this to a deeper level by getting the five shen to open a communication with each other. Our entry point is to begin having the five shen share their deepest positive virtue qualities with each other. This creates a warm feeling of camraderie amongst the five shen, and then they begin to work together as a team. This is our first level of Fusion.

After learning to harmonize our five shen with a basic Fusion practice, we start to go deeper to help release stored patterns of negative emotions. We create a safe space for inner sharing of these emotions, whereby the whole shen team can feel the emotion and then transform it in a safe way.

To do this, we will learn two new intermediate-level meditations for emotional and spiritual well-being:

  1. Creation Wheel Fusion:  a basic version of Fusion that harmonizes the five vital organ spirits
  2. Inner Support Group:  deep emotional work process of inner communication and healing amongst the vital organ spirits
These two meditations--very transformative and powerful in their own right--set the stage for a more sophisticated Fusion process.
This more sophisicated Fusion process, called Fusion of the Five Elements 1, is covered in the next course.

In addition to the meditations discussed above, we will learn some supportive physical qigong.
Aside from review of qigong from QMB1-3 and IS1, this will come primarily through learning the Stem Cell Qigong component.

Stem Cell Qigong is a qigong for detoxifying the organs.

The organs often acquire many toxins, toxic qi, and sick cells over time. To restore vitality it is useful to detoxify and rejuvenate the cells of the organs. The purpose of Stem Cell Qigong is to flush out the toxins of the organs, to kill any sick cells that are there, and to send activated stem cells to the area to build new fresh healthy cells.

The main tool in Stem Cell Qigong is the Bamboo Hitter. This is an item that looks like a whisk, where the strands are made out of bamboo. The practitioner, with a certain methodology, uses this to tap the body--typically the abdominal region over an organ--in a certain prescribed manner. The function of this is to kill the sick cells that are present.

Cells when they are sick are often not easily identified by the body--and so they persist, creating a pattern of illness in the body. However, when these sick cells are killed, the body is able to identify this, and then they can be replaced with fresh new healthy cells. Strong healthy cells will be unaffected by the tapping, but sick cells will not be able to survive.

Stem cells are cells that can replace any cell in the body. Thus, when the sick cells die, stem cells will go in and build new fresh healthy cells. Thus another major component of Stem Cell Qigong is the activation of the stem cells with healthy programming, so that they will go in and repair. After doing this, we go organ by organ with a combination of tapping using the Bamboo Hitter, releasing sick qi with healing sounds, and general detoxification. In doing so, we flush out the toxins, kill the sick cells, and have activated stem cells waiting to go into the area to repair and rejuvenate the organs on a cellular level.

While there are many different components to Stem Cell Qigong, the whole routine can be done in a twenty minute period. It's a great routine to do if one is feeling unwell, is suffering from a chronic disease, or if one simply wants to do periodic routine maintenance to support overall health.

Note:  It is not necessary that you own a Bamboo Hitter or buy one for the workshop. They will be supplied during the workshop. After the workshop is over, you can (at home) perform the Stem Cell Qigong tapping with your hands (if you don't wish to get your own Bamboo Hitter).

While the above material is self-contained and complete as is, it will also lay the foundation for additional physical qigong and qigong meditations, which is taught in the follow up course "Fusion of the Five Elements 1 + Iron Shirt Qigong 2" (This will be taught in 2021.)

In total, I look forward to sharing "Introduction to Fusion + Stem Cell Qigong" with you.
